Kensington has a quite a few activities apart from the normal
services that cater for all age ranges. These run at different times during the
week at regular times during the month.
These activities provide an excellent way of getting to know
people within the church, building new friendships, worshipping and
learning more about God.

The children at Kensington have always been important to us
- from zero to 18.
For young people in school
in school year 7-9, Connect meets on a Sunday evening at the Church
Kensington Senior Citizen's Day Centre
meeting on a Tuesday
Homegroups around the city - meeting fortnightly
(1st and 3rd Tuesday) in
homes.
Reception to Year 6 -
Sunday evening. Games, craft, tea, drama, teaching, singing and more.
Held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of
each month.
Started as a service for local
schools, to bring a new and positive approach to the 'compulsory worship'
element of the National Curriculum.
A parent and toddler group held
on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - entrance
on Seymour Road.
Students in recent years have greatly appreciated getting to know a KBC
family through our hospitality scheme. The scheme links students with
a home
for meals and to get to know others from the church.
After the evening service there is an informal gathering for
those from their late teens to mid-thirties at the Church
Young people get together and talk
through issues relevant to teenagers, with a wide
range of chill out times.
